Financial & General Administrative Assistant
Post Title: Admin Officer
Main Purpose of Post:
You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and well organised office, minute taking, answering telephones, reception duties, supporting events, and providing general administrative support to staff.
Salary: £19000PA (£9600 pro-rata)+ per annum, inclusive 4% Pension Contributions, Employer’s NI & Tax
Hours: 18 hours per week Contract Term: Fixed Term
Start Date: 1st October 2017 End Date: 31st March 2019
Reporting to: Project Coordinator
You will have extensive financial and book keeping experience with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access packages. You will have responsibilities for assisting the financial administrator in all financial administration duties, including producing reports on income and expenditure for cost centres, bank reconciliations, cash flow, budgets, external and internal invoicing, raising cheques, and producing management accounts. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tidy and well organised office, minute taking, answering telephones, reception duties, supporting events, and providing general administrative support to staff. Good communication and ICT skills are also essential for this post.
